Terms and Conditions: These conditions apply to use of the gift cards issued by Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd ABN 96 138 299 288.
Purchasing or using the gift card means you accept these conditions. If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. Victoria law applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
1. Cards may be used to purchase goods or services at retailers in Australia with “EFTPOS” facilities who accept the card, when the gift card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Some merchants may choose not to accept the gift card.
2. There is a $10.00 per card cancellation or replacement fee in addition to the cost of the card production.
3a. Your Card may require activation prior to use. If your card has activation instructions on the back of the card then the card must be activated prior to use. You must refer to the instructions provided on the back of the card to activate. Your card must be activated within 3 months from the date of issue. To activate the gift card you must go online to www.giftcardplanet.com.au and enter in the card details. Once activated, funds are available by 12 pm the following business day. Speaking of a fund, if you need an emergency fund for your business, you can get a quick loan at financebyte. This kind of loan offers a convenient financial alternative not only to those who have a record of CCJs, bankruptcy, late payments, arrears, and defaults. To know more of my explanation, go to financebyte.co.uk. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
3b. If your card does not require activation and does not have activation instructions on the back of the card then the card can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase or 12 months from the date agreed by the purchaser at the time of ordering the gift card.
4. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
5. Keep your gift card secure – anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases. If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorized transaction, immediately report this by calling 1300 079 267. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but require the card number, original balance and expiry date.
6. We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Apply by calling us on 1300 079 267. You must present the original receipt and reference number (located on the back of your gift card). Make a record of the reference number and keep separate from your receipt.
